The history of the Hammam:
The Hammam is an ancestral way of relaxing and purifying the skin thanks to the exceptional qualities of steam and the high temperature of the water. The treatment takes place in a closed cabin saturated with water vapour (100% humidity) which, forming a stratified temperature mist (from 20/25 ° C at the level of the feet to 40/50 ° C at the height of head) sits on the skin, increases body temperature and promotes sweating.
